As Little As 3% down on Condos

Below is a list of condos in our area we have recently closed with Conventional Financing.  Note that the ones that were approved with as little as 5% down as a primary residence.  And at times we can do as little as 3% down.

Buildings that do not meet Fannie Mae criteria, have the alternative to go as a Limited Review with 25% down primary residence, or 30% down second home.  Reserves and financial conditions do change, so it is not a guarantee, rather a helpful tool for your business.
